Return Policy
Because of the nature of the product, all shipped sales are final. If you've made a mistake on your order, please contact us at info@mymusiccd.com within 24 hours and we will make the corrections prior to shipping your order. Be sure to state very clearly the corrections to your order in your email. Any errors on our part are happily rectified! If you have received a damaged CD in any way, we will replace your CD immediately.
To Cancel a Processed Order
Also, orders cancelled within 24 hours and prior to shipment will receive full credit. Please contact us at info@mymusiccd.com within 24 hours and we will promptly assist you. Again, be sure to state very clearly your reason for the email, like: Cancel Order in the Subject Line and in the body of the email.
Shipping Damage
If there are any damages upon receipt of your order please let us know. You will receive an identical replacement at no additional cost. You must notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order to receive a replacement. Replacement orders will be shipped using the same information as the original order. No Changes or Substitutions will be allowed. Please contact us at info@mymusiccd.com and we will promptly assist you. We will not send a replacement CD from a different collection, with a different name or with a different label than what was requested on the original order that was placed.
